Choicelify Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Choicelify.

Choicelify is a social opinion platform that allows users to create polls, publish posts, express positions, and participate in public discourse in real time.

By accessing or using Choicelify (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).
  • Have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
  • Provide accurate information during account creation.

Choicelify reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

3. Account Registration & Acceptance of Policies

Before using the Platform, you must:

  • Accept these Terms & Conditions.
  • Accept the Privacy Policy.
  • Accept the Community Guidelines.

Acceptance is mandatory. Continued use of the Platform constitutes reaffirmation of acceptance.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you publish.

By posting content, you grant Choicelify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Display
  • Distribute
  • Store
  • Analyze (including for analytics and moderation)

You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of your content.

Choicelify does not endorse user opinions.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use bots or automated systems to manipulate polls.
  • Impersonate others.
  • Spread illegal content.
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate others.
  • Attempt to exploit platform vulnerabilities.

Artificial manipulation of voting or engagement may result in immediate permanent suspension.

6. Moderation & Enforcement

Choicelify may:

  • Remove content
  • Limit visibility
  • Suspend accounts
  • Permanently ban users

Moderation decisions are at Choicelify’s sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

The Choicelify name, logo, brand elements, and platform architecture are protected intellectual property.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is”.

Choicelify makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Accuracy of user content
  • Availability without interruption
  • Error-free operation

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Choicelify shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Lost profits
  • Reputational harm
  • User-generated content

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of:

The Republic of Honduras, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer protection laws in the user’s jurisdiction.

For international expansion, Choicelify reserves the right to designate alternative governing entities and jurisdictions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Users will be notified of material changes and may be required to re-accept updated versions.
